  5. Embroider your desired letter, number, or design onto the banner.
  6. Place the applique fabric behind the hoop and start the machine again to tack down the back fabric.
  7. Trim any excess material around the banner.
  8. Start your machine to stitch the final covering stitches and create the holes.
